Dr. David Norris

Dr. David Norris is an ordained minister, an educator, and an author. He has bachelor’s degrees from Apostolic Bible Institute and Neumann University, an M.A. from Palmer Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Religion from Temple University. He has taught at the collegiate level for the last thirty-five years. In 2001, Dr. Norris became part of the founding faculty of Urshan Graduate School of Theology. He has written several books and scholarly articles, specifically authoring collegiate and graduate-level theological textbooks. He is also the author of Cara’s Call, a novel about a young woman pursuing the call of God in her life. Dr. Norris and his wife, Nancy Norris, are founders of the Deborah Project, a conference geared toward young women ages 16-30 seeking a life of ministry.
