Melissa Fross is an ordained minister and pastoral staff member at her local church. She has a B.A. in Psychology and an M.Ed. in Community Counseling. Her passions are providing spiritual care and guidance within her local congregation and using her gifts to assist in developing new ministries, whether at the individual, congregational, or organizational level. She has preached and taught across North America as well as overseas. She served as a Metro Missionary in Québec City, Québec, Canada for five years. Melissa now resides in Belleville, Illinois, and is the Women in Ministry network secretary.
